I had no trouble with HD accepting them. I used it to buy the Ryobi belt/disc sander. Very satisfied. I was going to get the Delta at Lowes, but they would not honor it. Personally, I think the Ryobi has a better sander. I only wished Ryobi still had the oscillating spindle sander. Ron
