Im thinking of adding a table extention to the right of the blade.
2 3/4 mdf to fill the rail to the end
so do you guys think it would bend the fence rails?
or do i have to support it if i did that?
I hope not
has any 1 experance a bent fence? with the 3650?

Roddy,
Much has been discussed regarding this when adding a router extension to the right. The short answer is it's best to support the rails. I did it based on Bob D's design. Just search for "table extension" in the threads.
Let me know if you have trouble finding the thread in the search.

Why take a chance? Two 1x1's with levelers from the extension to the floor would give you enough support. They're cheap and easy to make.

Better to support it than to not....even if the rails don't bend, the saw could tip with enough downward weight applied.
