Heywood,
These look great. Thanks for the tip. I have the same WWII blade (which I love) on my 3650. Do you or anyone else have a suggestion for my Delta 10" compound miter saw? The blad on that is a burned up Oldham. I avoid using it for anything critical at the moment...
Thanks.

A couple of possibilities:
Freud LU85R010 ~ $56 shipped
Freud LU91R010 ~ $47
DeWalt DW7647 ~ $48
http://www.epinions.com/content_245518143108
Freud LU96R010 ~ $52
Any of the appropriate (low to neg hook) Freud Diablo or TK/Avanti series would work well too for lower cost, they're just not made to quite the same standard as the "L" series.

hewood...how do you get the 20% discount? Am I correct that you got the LU88R010 for $36 delivered and that's a good table saw blade for finish work?
Thanks.

Thanks for the heads up Hewood! Just ordered two for myself. Got both for less than the cost of one decent blade at regular prices!
You get the 20% discount by entering the promotion code where it asks "Have any gift cards, gift certificates or promotional claim codes?"
The Code is: 2OOFFPTA

The Code is: 2OOFFPTA to get it for $36 shipped. It's a great finish blade IMO. The neat part is that it rips surprisingly well making it very suitable for general purpose work too. I often just leave it on the saw for weeks on end. It should be a great match for a contractor saw or jobsite saw.

Ok I got the promotion code # from you guys, and I ordered a bunch of blades and a few other things at the same time. Now I'm wondering where did you get these promotion code? First time ever ordering from amazon and i couldn't find anything about promotion codes other then entering your code # at checkout. Did they email you with these codes because your great past customers? I think I'll be checking them out alot more now that I've seen some of their good deals, thanks for the info, I did save a lot of $$$ buying from amazon....

Any idea where the DeWalt (DW7150PT (http://www.amazon.com/DW7150PT-10-Inch-Precision-Combination-Circular/dp/B000HCZ4JS/sr=8-35/qid=1170959005/ref=sr_1_35/102-8334788-1982556?ie=UTF8&s=hi)) blade is made, or what kind of quality it is? With the 20% off, this thin kerf 50 tooth combo blade would be $28!

djb,
I was just going on hewood's recommendation and link:
DeWalt DW7647 ~ $48
http://www.epinions.com/content_245518143108
It came up as a couple pennies less than $48 AFTER the code was entered.

I would like your opinions. I can get a WWII for $42 or a LU83 for
$6. I can get the extra $30 off if I get an Amazon Visa. Which would you chose. The LOML said do what I want, so that didn't make the decision any easier.

The LU83 is a nice blade. The WWII is the reference by which most others are compared....at that price, get it and never look back.

I think the DW7150PT is made in the US, but I"m not positive. I just read a positive report from a new owner on another forum about that blade.

Just another option for purchasing some nice saw blades. Peachtree Woodworking is having an online-only special. 3 Freud 10-inch blades (variety) for about 50% off list prices.

Thank you hewood. I just got my TK WWII in. It is such a great blade. I played around cutting up wood for like an hour, just cutting up stuff. I couldn't believe the differance a great blade makes.
