Hi All....

I am ready to start a new phase of a project for a complete office and need to figure the best use of my plywood. I Googled for this kind of software but found nothing (also searched this forum). I need to make lower cabinets, drawer fronts, and the desktop. I have a custom plan, but I can't draw out the best way to cut the Sheets. Does anyone know where I might find this kind of software? Ideally, I would like to figure out the most efficient use of the 6 sheets I have for the project needs.

Thanks in advance....

Zeno

go to software connection from this web site, most of these I believe are free because they sort of hope you'll buy hardware and stuff from them, but you do not have to. Some of the software are rather large because of 3D imaging. I only gotten 2 softwares from this web site(links), very nice and can be very confusing. 3D software needs a good image card in your system and space to install. Good Luck

Lorax, nice to see you back in here. You beat me to the punch. I too use CutList Plus and like it. I tried a few of them a couple years ago and have stuck with this one. Reasonable price and good features.

I wish that some of the mags like Shopnotes and others would post on their wbesites as part of their online extras the cutlist for a project in a format that could be imported easily into CutList+ and similar software. It makes it very easy to figure costs, layout cuts on sheet stock, get a material list, maintain inventory, and so much more.

that software is in the woodweb link and many others, for so many different purposes, so if you get a chance check out woodweb. I have benefited from woodweb alot, so much knowledge there and you'll find yourself going back like I have w/ Ridgid.

I have been playing with the "LT" version of the software (which I Immediately purchased) and it is everything I hoped it would be. VERY user friendly and easy to use. Lorax got this one right on!

Thanks again
