I registered my combo kit online. I am confused. do I have to send in paper work also?

Yes, you have to send a copy of your receipt with an arrow pointing to the qualifying RIDGID purchase and the original UPC symbol cut from the box. Also include your name & address on the copy of the receipt. I almost sent mine in without my name & address, then it hit me: how would they know the receipt & UPC belonged to me?

Anyway, this is my understanding of the process. I did all the above and in about three weeks, my eBox showed "Lifetime" next to Warranty Period. But, if you saw the previous thread, it has since changed back to 3 years for some unknown reason. Good luck!
