Problem with 10 inch miter saw

I have a Ridgid 10 inch miter saw. I beleive that the adjustments are off. It does not cut a straight line. I have the saw set at 0 degrees and set at 0 bevel. It still does not cut a straight line. What can I do to resolve this?

Then have a l@@k at pages 15,16,17,18;)
