Warranty information

I sent out my lifetime service agreement 3 months ago and not yet received anything. so i called customer support, all i got was a rude person and was told it was taking 20-25 weeks!!! When i sent out my info. it said 8-10. What kind of warranty is it when i'm not even sure if i'll get it?

I bought my 24v combo on 1/10 and just got the e-mail on 3/20. I think they got slammed when the 4 pc. combo was sold at 319.00 w/ a free jig saw....:)

I bought a couple of combo's and registered them on January 7th with the mail-in's going out the same day. They haven't made them through the system yet, so it appears that they are running a bit behind. I always scan in all the necessary items, just in case something happens; but their system hasn't failed me yet. It does take some time though!
