serial number help

I'm supposed to find the serial numbers for a 12v 3/8 power drill, two batteries and a stationery charger, but I'm not sure where to look.

Anyone mind helping?

On the name plate there is a little grey or white box on the lower right. That is where the date code and serial number will be. The date code starts with a letter followed by 4 numbers. If the box is blank your model number has been rubbed off which is fairly easy on the Ridgids.
