check valve?

I'm replacing my residential sump pump. Can anyone recommend the best check valve to use with the Ridgid SP-500 1/2 hp sump? Instructions say it is best to install it directly to the pump discharge, but all I can find is the flexible black tubing type that fits farther down the discharge line.
