My Icons are going nuts

I have this one posted elsewhere, so if you see it in the other forum, check it out again. My Icons are going nuts on me when I go to bed at night. Don't know what to do about it, so hopefully you guy's and gal's can help me out with suggestions. Must have your speakers on so you'll know what I'm talking about. I'm ready to shoot my monitor. Hopefully this isn't happening to all of our computers, suggestions would be great. "Stay Alert" and don't get hurt...Garager
