Anyone can recommend a good dado blade for the TS3612. What is the max size that will fit in that unit?

You can use 8" dado sets with this saw. I don't believe there are any limits. However, with wide 3/4"+ dados you may need to omit the arbor washer so that the arbor nut can be installed completely.
