Another door question

I Googled 'tombstone doors' but haven't had much luck finding anything that gives instructions on how to build one. I would like to learn how to build small ones to add to small boxes. I am not averse to buying a book but would like it to be something worth while before I send my $$ to Amazon.com. and am disappointed by irrelevance. Videos are out because we don't have a television.

Does anyone know of an instruction book for building them?
