No but I used one while I was in Germany. It is odd how many differences there are in other Countries.

the city of los angeles is actually starting to install outdoor public bathrooms that are self cleaning. the problem now is that they are waiting for the city to run the power to them.

it was on the news a couple of weeks ago.

SF has had some for years (outdoor self cleaning) but they turned into mini brothels and places for junkies to shoot up. The doors pop open automatically after ten minutes too. Failed experiment in this city.
