Has anyone tried these holesaw in other materials besides wood such as fiberglass shower stalls or plaster w/ wood lath behind it?

i haven't tried. i would be scared to try it on a fiberglass tub. it might shred it.
as far as plaster goes. it's too abrasive and the bit is too spendy for that.
i use carbide grit hole saws for plaster.
rick.
I still use hole saw bits since they perform in many mat.s , even though they can be a pain to remove cut mat. from the bits at times

Don't know about fiberglass but they will tear the plaster right off the wall on wood lathe and dull the bit. Don't do it.
