Ah Ha Trade show

This should be the week for the Trade Show there in cal., LA I believe. Also the big golf match. We need to know who is playing and how everybody did, because I'm nosy thats why. What day you guys playing? That way maybe I can sneak out and do a round at the same time you are. Well you guys are probably having too much fun to read this, so I guess I'll sneak out on Saturday, maybe I can hit under a 100 this time. Have fun guys.........:):):)

the big game is on thursday and so far it's josh, dirtyhands adam, another plumbing contractor friend steve and either a supply house rep or another plumber? we can only play 5 at a time.

They have it easy, my oldest son is an Apache pilot who just finished his second tour in Iraq and has one tour in Kosovo. :eek:

last nights hose bibb / vacuum breaker topic was real impressive with all the help and input that was generated in such a little time. at a couple of poinits i was 6 post behind in my answers as i had to stop and make a phone call before submitting. sort of funny when you read it and i'm 10 minutes slow.

mark and i even got on the phone to discuss the subject. well more golf than hose bibb:D

a bumber sticker might be ruff due to the fact this is a 9 hole course and only allows push carts. still a fun course at 2496 yards par 33.

I have a daughter-in-law and two grandkids visiting from Texas right now. Yesterday my 5-year old grandson insisted on In-N-Out for lunch because they don't have them at his new house.

Hey,that was a good time today.

Hawk,you are absolutely right,I met four good people today,Josh,Rick,Ricks friend who is a plumbing business owner as well and a course walk on who introduced himself as M.J.

The guys were great.Garager,you are correct too, Josh is patient and has a very good swing.

Rick can definately get on the ball.

Myself,I only ended up on the wrong fairway 3 times in 9 holes:eek:

I was not sure how it was going to turn out,but I am glad to have had the chance to do this.

My post is really generic.For some reason I'm at a loss for words,I don't think they will do our game justice.Besides,Rick is a much more collerfull story teller.

One thing for certain,Thank you Josh and Rick for making a beginner feel comfortable:)

well when i can figure out how to post photos from my camera, i will;)

all i can say is josh's new forum handle should be "tiger". i'm afraid what he can do with his own clubs. i know what what he can do on a mixed set of $5.00 rental clubs, wow:eek:

i guess at 6'6'' he kills the ball. even if he was using my illegal little flyer:D

glad that we all had a fun day and josh was well fed. started at in n out burger with a double double:D drove to a plumbing supply mini pre-trade show with a bbq catered chicken and brisket. all this within the first hour of landing:eek: then off to golf and all the candy we consumed. even the squirrels joined us for golf and candy. those little critters are smart. they even unzipped a golf bag to gain access to the stash. (pictures to come).

sort of seemed weird like something off the police files. meeting up with strangers from the internet. you guys should try it some time. wish we had time to play 18 and share more stories. glad to have a chance to meet josh and adam/ dirtyhands. even put adam on my nextel so we can "chirp" each other. much better at the 2 way than the keyboard:D

next date. lunch at the trade show on saturday. mark/ utah will have a chance to meet up with the rat pack. dog please say hi too. we don't bite:D

plus you and i go back the longest. josh can vouch for us;)
