Thanks on the comments on the site, as far as the flat rate goes, lol, i have never had a problem with it, i have been using with my company, and with the company i use to work for. The company that i 1st started with was hourly, i liked it because i got paid commission, but always got commented on that i was taking to long on jobs to take more money from customers, that didnt sit well with me...anyhow, im sure this has been a much heated debate with everyone in here one time or another, lol, but i will be sticking with it.
