Good morning.

We are looking for dowels as hinges for cabinet doors.

Is there such a thing? Does someone sell a dowel hinge system?

What is a dowel hinge system? Are you talking about a hinge system where the hinge pin and bracket are made of wood?

check with Veritas Lee Valley. I recall them having something. You could probably make your own with a box finger joint and a dowel rod through the joint. 1 Side would have to have a roundover so it would work

Looking for hidden dowel hinges...no visible hinge.

We used to use nails on our pigeon coops as kids to get a piece of wood to swing in and out.

Forgot about something. The dowel pins must be a different wood than the hinges. Otherwise it will wear too quickly
