I think it is because there are a lot of "members" but not a lot of contributors.

It did make me laugh because someone mentioned that there was a "secret club" with newsletters and then one showed up!:D

That mailing was an excellent idea Josh. Hopefully it will serve as a reminder to some of the woodworkers who used to post here, but for whatever reason don't anymore, to come back and visit us again. The woodworking sites on the BB need a jump start.

BadgerDave, that was one of the reasons I sent the email. I knew we had a lot of woodworkers early in the game and a few plumbers who were dissapointed in 1 post a week :rolleyes: So now that we have a couple hundred a day there is a lot more discussion to participate in.

Yeah I know some of you were already here but it was easiest to send to all the members to make sure they all knew about what was going on in the forum.

Really, there were some great people that use to be regular posters with all kinds of backgrounds and experience.

They left for various reasons, but NONE were Rick's fault;)
