B&D trying to save money?

I have seen a few commercials on TV lately for the new Ryobi line. They look like Dewalt yellow to me.

They are actually and awful looking neon green.

I don't mind the new look...should make them easier to find in the shop! :D But I am confused by the reference to B&D saving money... :confused:
