Jointer outfeed table

Can anyone help me adjust my outfeed table? I loosened the wing nut, but the bed does not move. Must be something I'm missing.

Refer to page 30 of the online manual, - adjusting table gibs.
The outfeed table may be frozen to to dovetail ways with old greese or rust.
If you loosen the gibs (either side of the 'wingnut' that you loosened) it may free up. You may need to wiggle a bit or even tap with wood block and light hammer taps
