Good day

Well, it looks like the "Doweling on router table" was a little bit "heavy" so, here is something "lighter"...

I'm sure that you have a few measuring tapes that you don't use but..."lets keep it, maybe one day"...if it's so, you are junk collector like me...

Niki, you must have stayed up late one night coming up with that Idea:)

First question is where did you find a Pink Tape?:o

Second question - does it have enough recoil in the spring to pull the cord back?

Pretty ingenious idea

Thank you so much for your kind replies

You are correct, I was experimenting till quite late with rubber bands and even the dog's leash but it did not work well.

This measuring tape is of 30 feet but the 15~20 feet, worked for me the same.

The main problem was that, when I used it from the beginning of the tape, the spring did not have enough force to pool the cord back...that's the reason that I folded the tape a few times till I got the required force to pull the cord back...

The pink tape is from....the 100 Yen shop in Japan (around 90 Cents).

niki,
I think your use of clamps is creative all in itself. I also like the idea of the "drop" power extension cords. Nice work! Gratulacje
