how true how true
once you've gone gps you never go back. I actually took my maps out of my car. Way cool having a database of every point of interest in the us so you can search locally. Then once you have found them you tap their phone number and it dials on your phone.

I never learned how to read a map:eek: Besides, maps don't talk to me:p They don't say hey dummy your turn in coming or you missed your turn. By the time my map re-routed me I could end up in Mexico or visiting you:eek:
Talking gps's are the best invention ever!!!!

I think my big attraction for a GPS is that it's safer. When you have 5 different house to go to in one day, looking at a map on your lap while driving is not the safest action. Just listen for the prompts and you go. If you miss a turn, mine will recaculate and get me back on track.
