Has anyone used the new ridgid pex tools? And if so, can you affirm ridgid's claim that they take 1/3 less crimping force to produce a crimp? I have a set of Zurn full sized crimpers, all of which have longer handles than the Ridgid units, so they definately give the user good leverage. I am particularly interested in the Ridgid 1" crimper because of its compact design; the Zurn 1" crimper I have is 24" in length...and I just want to be sure that the shorter Ridgid unit won't be tough to operate (I used a Vanguard 1" crimper overhead once and I barely got it to crimp...its handles were fairly short like the Ridgid model).
