For some reason it makes me laugh every time. Maybe its because I have friends that have a dog that does this.

Cool Josh.Just saved it to E-Mail to a paranoid fem. family member who has a germ fetish, thinks dogs are unsanitary and should be kept outside.Little does she know that when she was kissing billy's owchy on has hand she was kissing the dog poo fight he was having with his brother this morning in my back yard:grin-devilish:

My charlie does it..at first it was funny and then researched it and found out that if the dog does it his anal glands need to be extracted..either the vet does it or you can do it..

If you don't extract it he/she can get infection and surgery will be expensive

so better extraxt the anal glands:)

That's a good one. Also funny is the number of related videos of the same thing, but not commercials!

This had best be done by a good vet. It's not something that you want to do at home and your pet should be under sedation. If not the pet does suffer with pain. Far too many country people castrate animals. Think of how you would like to have your gems chopped off while being tied so you can't move. Let a good vet check over your amimals and care for them. There are several reasons a dog may drag its fanny. Worms, stuck on stool or fleas are a few besides the gland issue.

It does not to need to be done by a vet.

Our best friends to the whole expressing thing at home without the vet. Nasty... Dogs should learn to express themselves.
