As promised, I am on my way to pick up my new TP1300! Made enough money selling things, so I'm putting it back into more shop equiptment.
Has anyone made a mobile base for theirs? If so let me know how you did it.

The TP1300 comes with a legset. If you are looking to make that unit moble be sure to check out the AC9950 Herc-U-Lift Plus. Its similar to the Herc-U-Lift that is included under TS3612 table saw, but will fit under the legset that is included with the TP1300.

Congrats! You're gonna love it!
I made the cheapest mobile base in the world. I bought 4 castors (2 locking), bolted them to a piece of plywood and bolted the planer stand legs to it. It may not be beautiful, but it certainly works. If I were to do it over again, I would use 4 2x4's for the base instead of plywood so the chips didn't collect. Maybe some day I'll splurge and shell out $2 for a 2x4 and make a new base ;)
