Vendor Cart Plans...where?

Gentlemen, we are looking for a set of plans to make a Vendor Cart (such as the picture).

Having a difficult time finding plans anywhere. Maybe someone here knows of plans??

I must assume that finding plans for a Vendor Cart is difficult. No response from anyone here yet.

I've called a web site that has 40,000 wood project plans and struck out with them too. This must be a hard thing to find.

Somewhere in this world is a set of good plans for a vendor cart.

Got an idea from the Colorado site. At least a good picture to work with.
