Need hinge please help

Hi I need several hinges that will open shelves that fold down on a side of a box. These will be used in a RV. One is a box that the dog crate goes under and on top theres two fold out tables that hang on the side to make it a table, each leaf is only 6 inches wide by 24 long. The other is a ski boot box with one fold out table 12 x 24 and the other needs to be a stronger hinge to support someone resting there boot on it with foot in it to strap in.
I guess the PDF explains it.
I looked at rockler and woodworkers hardware I did not see it. I saw alot that opened box tops.

Maybe pic will help. Ive tried woodworkershardware.I found drop leaf hinges but none that stay open.They only drop table down.I just need a system even if its more than just a hinge.

Thanks all, I ordered 3 pairs of leevalley leaf table hinges, when sprung open they hold 88lbs. They mount flat also.
