please take the time to watch this (about 3 mins) i am spechless and will some one please explain to me how a state law (no matter how dumb) can over ride a fedaral law?:confused:

I'm for drug legalization so I was happy to see the drugs returned but their arguement that the plants were dead is stupid. They can grow more, they're just trying to make a buck.

so if I cut someones head off with an axe and the cops illegally search and find it in my car I expect to get the bloody axe back and the murder charge dropped for lack of evidence??? that was the point i was tring to make
