I like quite a few 'Christmas' movies, but without question my one and only favorite is Frank Capra's "It's a Wonderful Life"

It has to be Scrooge/A Christmas Carol from 1951 with Alastair Sim as Ebeneezer Scrooge. Gotta have Christmas Vacation with Chevy Chase as well. It's a Wonderful Life - but it's gotta be in black and white, none of that colorized junk. Could never stand Miracle on 34th Street....the kid was just too snarky/know it all. Dated a gal once who said it was her favourite Christmas movie. Should have broken up with her then and there instead of waiting till later.......;)
