tile and grout

Hi everyone.I have a couple questions regarding tile and grouting. I just started a job putting tile in about 12 condo units, it could lead to doing about 160 unit kitchens and baths,is there any shortcuts or tricks to doing this faster,especially the grouting?

Sub out half of the job, and I'm serious.... Besure your making a profit too.....

Things will go quicker after each room gets done, till you hit your max speed w/no problems.

You don't want that grout to runny or it'll crack from shrinkage.

Just get yourself into that work mode/grove and go at it.
