Hi,
I checked out the link and it says that the insert is 3/16 thick. The blade on my 2424 does not go down this far so how can this insert fit?
Best regards,
Henry

The pictures are generic so it's hard to say.
If they are like the inserts at Woodcraft they have a slot cut to give the clearance.
I don't like the ones at woodcraft because they don't have the hole for the hold down screw.
I bought one from Ridgid Parts online for about the same price. you can see it installed at http://community.webshots.com/album/50560853bczanU
