No price, no release date.

Couldn't find any other info anywhere online.

Looks like it runs off of 12 - 24 V batteries, has a 12V outlet for charging cell phone, connects to your iPod (prob just aux input, but maybe an official dock), digital AM/FM tuner. It has a lot of buttons on there; wonder what they're all for....

I can't read Spanish, but I don't think it charges batteries. It might though. Someone want to translate?

Price, release date - unknown.
Runs off Ridgid batteries - yes (charges? No.)
12v outlet - yes
Latched port - aux input port in there, as well as an actual iPod dock.
Tuner - digital AM/FM, and some sort of a scanner-type feature as well

Josh and ProBrand gave us the details a while back, in a posted video that covered all the features of this radio. Now we're all drooling. :running-dog:

Sorry I missed the previous thread. I did a quick search but missed it.

Since we have the model number, does someone who works for HD want to try to find the price in the HD computer system?

Actually, now that I've thought about it, I believe I remember now that the price is slated for $119 ($129 in Canada). Can't remember if that was on here or not, but that's what I've heard from my HD tool manager source.

Price and SKU were also mentioned in another thread also. I should have the SKU memorized by now, I check to see if its active (able to be ordered or sold) every time Im there. The price is listed at 139.97. The rest of the details have been discussed, and now we are all waiting, and waiting. If the other regular HD employee doesnt post the date before me I will be doing it.

If you dont use the HD computers regularly do you think anyone would check history. I hardly go on them, and havent logged into this sight from them yet. If my ASM came up and asked Id be able to tell him I was doing some research for a customer.

You are at the store more than I am so it will be just luck if I get it first.

I'm a big ridgid user, and as impressive as this radio looks and sounds - it doesn't charge. I've found a work around - the Bosch radio does charge (bought a single battery to make the radio cordless), and has 4 GFCI outlets on the side. So I just strapped one of my single Ridgid chargers to the frame, and voila - a Ridgid charger with radio. And it also plays CDs (which the Ridgid one doesn't seem to). And in the US you're only paying $20 more for this luxury.

I'll be interested to see this radio once it's out, but probably wouldn't be getting one, unless it's free.
