TS2400 crosscut sled dimensions???

I've be using a TS2400 table saw for a short while and like it so far. I would love a larger saw with a nice cast iron top, but alas no room for that in the near future.

I would like to build a crosscut jig for this saw and can't decide on a good size. I think a 30" wide sled makes sense (with 2" X 5" fences front and back).

QUESTION: Anybody know what a good depth front to back would be for that sled (between fences for clarity)???

Norm built one (for his smaller hybrid saw) 21" x 32". I'm making one for my TS2400, I might up it a couple inches in each direction.
