k-60 question?

so i was looking at a k-60 at the shop today (then hid it till i get a truck :-p) and i was woundering is the handle supose to be like the k 50 and k 1500 kinda spring back on its own? or no? cus the one they had there didnt spring back you had to pull it back, something that might of made a differnts is it wasnt plug in just sitting in the back of a connex trailer,

Yes, while the locking pin is out, the handle is in the up postion by itself.
