Grizzly 15" Planer ??

I am looking at a 5 yr old Grizzly 15" planer that appears to be in fairly good shape to go with my Ridgid TS, joiner & compound miter saw.

Anyone have experance with this planer?
He is asking $400.00 is this a good price?

In the March 08 issue of American Woodworker, inside front cover, there's a 15" Grizzly with spiral cutterhead and a 3 hp motor for $1295. Did you check their website? grizzly.com
