Hi
I am looking to buy a machine to clean and descale hot and cold water supply pipes.
It will need to be able to pass elbows and also to be able to blast through solids.
Pipe ranges from 22mm to 250mm
I have been told that a drain jetter pump is the same as a jetwash pump? is this correct?
I have also been told that the pulse action is not really required?
Can any one advise please

Thanks

Can it be gas or would an electric type be better? You would be more limited with a gas unit.

There are many different types of electric models that can run on 110v or 220v.

Alot of the pipework is in large open areas, gas or electric whichever does the best job.

you will need a lancing nozzle.

not sure about the smaller piping 90's. also i doubt that 3000 psi is enough.

i would contact a company like "stone age tools" in durango colorado.

they have the lancing nozzles and experience to help you with your question.

a jetter is nothing more than a fancy pressure washer.
