Rigid K60

I use the K60 and think its a great machine however I need a problem solved - can anyone tell me how to replace the spring under the pin in the connector ( 22mm ) I use the K60 in every way possible so it comes in handy for all the ancient drains in the harbour towns around Cornwall.

22mm = 7/8'':confused:

if this is the case, you need to purchase a replacement male connector end. it's pretty easy to cut off the end and screw the new connector on and then tack weld the end.

are the k-60's a very popular machine in the uk?

do you use an innercore cable in europe?

what is the largest pipe you clean with your 22mm cable. 100mm, 150mm?

Thanks for all the replies - sorry for the delay - towed jetter with cameras on board to the east coast (Portscatho) then directly to the west coast (Boscastle) in the afternoon - and then the pidgeon arrived!!
The K60 was a personal choice as I like the look of it and had used one prior to starting my own company -
Sorry for the confusion on the size (22mm) (7/8") for my new friends across the Atlantic - that is the connector I was asking about - thanks for the info, I am going to do what you advised. My ex boss used Rothenbergers but I myself growing up in Durban, South Africa had American influences and buy American where possible.
I havent come across REMS in my time (12 years) in the UK.
I use the K60 mainly for gullys, traps and genereally dont use for anything bigger than 6" (mainly 4")
P.S. the drains here are so ancient in these harbour towns that I work in, that this machine gets me into a lot of places that I normally wouldnt be able to clear.
