Does anyone know what brand faucet this is? It is 25-30 years old. I need to find a hot water stem for it. Thanks.

I worked on a Kohler that was decorated like that. Matching flowers on knobs to the bowl. That does NOT look like a Kohler stem though. Did the sink have an overflow? Sometimes it's trademarked there.

I'm fairly certain the stem is not Kohler. All the Kohler stuff I have ever worked on has a K stamped on it somewhere.

Overflow? Popup? Spout? Sometimes they're all trademarked. Might help you there. Seem like I've seen spouts by Am. Standard and Crane that look like that.

I think the underside of the sink said gerber, but am not 100% certain. I'll have to check.

UGH! Might be different where you are but I needed some Gerber for a job and couldn't find it anywhere here. Had to go to the net. I even contacted the company and their Southeast Rep. Neither helped or responded to email or phonecalls. I'd go to the net and tell the customer they are going to have to be patient.

Gerber is far from popular where I am. The faucet still works, it's just the hot stem is stripped, making it hard to turn off. I already told the customer I was posting pictures on the internet to see if anyone knows what type it is, so they are expecting a wait.

It may have been a faucet where a company added their trim but you could replace it with a kohler.

Hey Utah. That's the exact one I worked on. Scared I was gonna break those little porcelain flower bell escutcheons.
Anyway, this ones got short Kohler cartridge/stems. Can't remember the number. Probably at your link. Duh....

Have you looked here http://www.plumbingpartsdepot.com/
That guy has been able to identify every eclectic stem picture I've posted and usually has them in stock or can get them pretty quick. He's not cheap though.

I've got a stem catalog at my office that has yet to let me down. I can look tom. I have worked on a similar faucet with that chrome ring on the handle. I want to say that it was a eljer though.
