Where to find Ridgid tools in Japan?

Would anyone know where I'd find a retailer in Japan for Ridgid tools, I'm particularly interested in the R2611 Random Orbit Sander, and the Oscillating Edge Belt / Spindle Sander.

aquaboy, first of all welcome to the forum. Are there any Home Depots in Japan. If no then I don't think there is much chance of getting ahold of the power tools there. Plumbing tools are no problem.

There is no Home Depot, sadly but there is Costco though I don't know if they sell power tools or not as I've never been to Costco in Japan.
