Siemans circut breakers

I went to an auction and bought a box lot of electrical boxes and breakers and stuff. My question is are Siemans breakers interchangable with most electrical panel boxes? These were 15 and 20 AMP breakers.

Siemens breakers (snap in type) will fit many panels. They will not fit Square D, Cutler Hammer (beige panels), Federal Pacific or Zinsco. If these breakers you bought are very new, they may fit Square D Homeline panels.
In some areas inspectors may require you to use the same brand breakers as the panel. You will have to check the UL listing to be sure of the panels that Siemans breakers have been tested with. I have had good experience in using Siemens products.
