What are you guys using, my old TIF is fubar now. Looking at the Yellow Jacket 69373 Combustible Gas Detector. Local utility company uses Tif 8800 don't really like Tif stuff. Give me your opinions guys. Thanx in advance.

I recently bought the Ridgid Micro CG-100 Combustible Gas Sniffer and like it's ease of use. I wish they included a carrying case like they did with the Ridgid See Snake Micro though.

I've been using the Tif since the early 80s and have no problem with them. I currently have the Tif 8850. If Tif were to stop making detectors I would look at Bacharach.

bacharach informer 2. I use it for refrigerant but it can also be used for gas.

I like the bachrach, but it's pricey
