TS3660 Support rod help?

I’ve searched through the online AssemblyTips. Apparantley I must be the only person that can’t figue out how to install the support rod. Nothing in the manual on this.

I think that's the spacer bar that is on page 25 of your manual. Fig. 29 shows how to install it. I don't know why they call it a support rod. It runs between the front and rear rails.
