Rip Fence board

I love my TS24000 !!!!! , but,

I've tried every hardware store, farm supply, auto parts store, lumber yard and machinery repair shop to find Square Head 1/4 - 20 bolts to add a wood fence to my rip fence. Most folks look at me like "where have you been for the last few years?". Anybody got any idea where these may be commonly available or anybody got a great idea other than filing a hexhead bolt to suit. :confused::confused:

Hex head bolts work just fine with the fence on my 3612. They have to be turned just so in order for them to fit the slot but they do work.

I got mine at a local Fastenal store for 8 cents a piece.

i am sure that shipping will be more than the bolts themselves cost but square headed bolts are hard to find anymore.

Hex head bolts not only work on Dave's 3612, but also on my TS2400. As Dave noted, they need to be turn just so.
