I recently purchased a 12" dual compound miter saw. The specs say it has a blade brake.
If so, how long does it take for the blade to stop? It seems to take 5-8 additional blade revolutions before the blade on my saw come to a stop.
When the brake kicks in on my P-C circular saw the force of the brake actually causes the saw to move in your hand.
I am just wondering if my saw is within spec.
Thanks
David
