 I am considering purchasing the SR60 and have requested a demo. It has been more than 3 weeks and have not received a call to schedule one. The salesman must not be to interested in making a sale. What is the usual wait time for a demo. Thanks Chris

Think what would happen if you wanted a catalog?! You'd be waiting there forever. Dealing with ridgid the company is fine-great customer service, dealing with a ridgid distributor is another story.

I requested a demo about a month ago. Ridgid called me the day after and set up the demo. The salesman came three days after that, did a great demo.
