What does Home Depot have to do w/the Ridgid Lifetime Service agreement???
I purchased the tile saw, and it doesn't come with it. I called customer service and thats what they told me, that HD won't do the Lifetime Service agreement. So there fore our saws do not get it.
So does this mean, if our tools are worked on, then HD pays the bill?
I cannot believe this saw didn't come with the agreement package. I won't be returning it, I'll keep the saw as long as it performs well. I'm just super curious as to why it doesn't get it.
Is it because of it being a new territory type of equipment and your not too sure on how well it'll perform, thus no agreement. My chop saw, which cost just as much, comes with the agreement.
So really my question is about HD and the agreement decision, why is it up to them on which tools get this? Any chance of a decision change later, and we'll be able to register this product?
