Dryer Exterior Vents

Anyone recommend an reliable exterior type of dryer vent model. In my part of the country builders install the 4 louver type vent which is constantly blocked with lint or else has sticking louvers. A lot of people end up pulling off louvers to keep the lint build up to a minimum.
