TS3660 and Riving Knife

Does anyone know if the TS3660 (and or 3650) can be modified to use a riving knife as opposed to the splitter? If so where do you get a kit and or modified ZCIs? I'm thinking the answer is no but I read Riving knifes are supposed to be mandated by 2009 or something and the 3660 is pretty new. I also read Bosch already supports them on their saws.
