I went to use the Pc557 with the 2" cutter. Even with the stop total back off and the stop set to the "FF" setting the bldae dose not come out at all. What doing on?

See manual page 10 step 10. I think you might have missed something.

Yes I did that step. Why are there bumps in the track?
