Do You keep the job card,or leave it with the customer? In My case ,as a G. C. , I usually keep it. Today She wanted it. I gave it to Her.

The job card should always stay with the job. If you want a copy make a copy then return it to the owner.

When you go down to pull a permit on your next one can you just have the city make a copy.You can prove your the general.

It's ok to toss a lil' extra here n' there to keep the customers happy...but ya gotta draw the line somewhere.

This gal is 84 ,and is a PITA . I treated Her like My Mother ,She took advantage at every turn.
I remained a gentleman,It wasn't easy. I love the ww2 generation ,ours. She was on the other team .
